Docusign Technical Consultant

We are looking for a specialist Docusign Consultant to support a major integration and transformation programme within a leading UK financial services organisation.

The organisation has an established Docusign environment and is looking to bring in deep platform expertise to review how Docusign is currently being used, identify opportunities to improve its application across the business, and design and implement more effective solutions.

This role requires someone with genuine Docusign implementation expertise, an individual who understands the platform at a technical and architectural level and can advise on how it should be configured, integrated and utilised within a complex enterprise environment.

The Role

You will act as the Docusign subject matter expert within the programme, working across technology and business teams to:

• Assess the current Docusign environment, architecture, integrations and workflows
• Identify limitations, inefficiencies and opportunities to make better use of the platform
• Design Docusign solutions around business and customer requirements
• Configure and optimise workflows, templates, permissions and authentication
• Design and support integrations between Docusign and other enterprise applications
• Work with Docusign APIs and associated integration technologies
• Advise on platform governance, security, scalability and best practice
• Identify opportunities for automation and simplification of existing processes
• Define appropriate solution and target-state architecture
• Provide hands-on specialist support through implementation and delivery

What We're Looking For

You will have substantial experience implementing and designing Docusign solutions within large or complex organisations.

We are particularly interested in experience across:

• Docusign eSignature implementation and solution design
• Docusign APIs and enterprise integrations
• Workflow and process automation
• Enterprise application integration
• Authentication, permissions and security
• Solution architecture and technical design

Experience with Docusign CLM and/or Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) would be advantageous.

You should be comfortable operating as the Docusign authority within a programme, able to understand a business requirement, challenge an existing approach and recommend how Docusign should be used to deliver a better solution.
