Support Specialist/Analyst - (Junior level 1-3 years)

This is a contract to hire role and this is a contract-to-hire role, and we are looking for junior-level candidates with 1 3 years of experience. The position requires working onsite 3 days per week.

• 1 3 years of experience in application support, systems analysis, e-commerce, QA/testing, technical support, or a related area
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple requests or issues at once
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with developers and business teams

Helpful Technical Experience

Experience with some of the following is helpful, but you do not need to have everything:

• E-commerce or customer-facing web applications
• SQL and basic data queries
• APIs and system integrations
• HTML or JavaScript
• Software testing and QA processes
• Ticketing or issue-tracking systems
• Reporting and dashboard tools
