Associate Implementation Specialist, Service Delivery
Location: Memphis, TN (On-site)
Role Overview
This organization is seeking an Associate Implementation Specialist to join the Service Delivery team. The selected candidate will provide crucial hands-on hardware repair and operational support within a dynamic data center environment. This position requires a dedication to technical excellence, with a prerequisite of fifty hours of paid training to be completed prior to starting on-site. Candidates must be flexible to work weekends and holidays as customer requirements dictate.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day data center operational support and perform hands-on hardware replacement and server maintenance.
• Escort and coordinate with dispatched field engineers to ensure efficient resolution of on-site tasks.
• Manage parts shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking for the facility.
• Maintain and update environment documentation including serial numbers, elevations, and runbooks.
• Coordinate with colocation teams for power, cooling, and facility maintenance activities.
• Execute customer-directed system and version updates.
• Proactively monitor servers and notify customers of potential issues.
• Open, manage, triage, and coordinate break/fix service requests with technical support teams.
• Perform troubleshooting, log collection, and follow vendor-recommended resolutions.
• Perform operating system installations, graphics processing unit configurations, and validation testing.

Required Qualifications
Education: Technical certification or equivalent hands-on experience in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
Experience: Proven experience working inside servers, replacing physical components, and performing hardware troubleshooting is required. Prior experience in field services and hardware repair is highly beneficial.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic networking, experience reading Linux logs, and comfort using the Linux command-line interface are required. Candidates must also possess the physical ability to lift up to 65 pounds and work comfortably while positioned on a ladder.
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RDMA over Converged Ethernet network environments.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA graphics processing units and network interface cards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective team and customer coordination.
