Pay Range: $28 - $28.57/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: - Financial Services or Banking experience/knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with data entry and computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in financial services, banking, investments, brokerage operations, or a related industry.
• Familiarity with investment products including brokerage accounts, IRAs, Roth IRAs, and retirement accounts.
• Experience processing documentation or performing quality reviews in an operations environment.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, resolve, and appropriately escalate issues.
• Strong attention to accuracy and compliance in a regulated environment.
