Job description
McNab is seeking a People Systems Specialist to lead Dayforce design, configuration and adoption across our multi-entity workforce in Brisbane. You'll work with Technology, Payroll, People & Culture, Finance and operations to translate requirements into practical, compliant HR and payroll solutions.
You'll shape the system, manage data validation, testing and training, and help build internal capability with scalable processes.
