The Role • Lead and coach a team of Outside Sales Representatives selling home security and automation solutions. • Spend approximately 70% of time in the field and 30% in the office. • Interview, hire, train, and motivate the sales team on a daily basis. • Oversee daily team activities, including lead assignment, sales tracking, and performance coaching. • Conduct ride-alongs for new hires and team members needing additional support. • Maintain personal sales requirements and contribute to overall team success. What You'll Need • 3+ years of outside sales experience; supervisory experience is preferred. • Innate ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team. • Proficiency in using technical devices like laptops and tablets for sales management. • Ability to travel within assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle. • A strong work ethic with a drive for success. • A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
