Senior Systems Architect, Enterprise Mobility (MDM) w/Secret Cle with Security Clearance

Responsibilities & Qualifications We are seeking a Senior Systems Architect, Enterprise Mobility (MDM) to join our team supporting the DLA Enterprise IT Architecture (EIA) Support Services task order under JETS 2.0 in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. TekSynap is competing to support the DLA Enterprise IT Architecture Division and Zero Trust PMO within DLA Information Operations (J6/J64) on a JETS 2.0 firm fixed price task order starting December 1, 2026.

The task order combines four branches into one team: Directory Services (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange), Enterprise Infrastructure Application Support (Citrix VDI), Enterprise Software and Mobility (MDM), and Zero Trust Architecture support. Work spans NIPRNet, SIPRNet and cloud environments at DLA sites nationwide. This position is designated Key Personnel. The candidate selected for the proposal provides a resume and current certifications, signs a Letter of Commitment with TekSynap, and must be available to start December 1, 2026 if TekSynap wins.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience

• Ten years of IT experience, including five years of project management and five years of MDM engineering
• Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
• Willing to sign a Letter of Commitment for the proposal and available to start December 1, 2026 Certifications:
• Project management certification
• One current Microsoft certification from this list, or CISA ICS300: MCSA or MCSE (2016), AZ-104, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, MD-102, AZ-800, AZ-801 or MS-102
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II baseline certification
• Computing environment certification from the current DLA approved Computing Environment Certification List Clearance:
• Active Secret clearance; position designated IT-I Critical Sensitive RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead architecture, engineering and project management for DLA enterprise software and mobility, including the MDM platform
• Plan mobile operating system and application updates, testing on pilot devices before fleet rollout within the seven-day window
• Track MDM certificates and tokens, including Apple push certificates, so an expiration does not force devices to re-enroll
• Lead the IT Specialist (Mobility Engineer) and Senior Systems Administrator staff in Task 3
• Manage mobility project schedules, risks and status reporting to the Government
• Support Zero Trust device activities and maintain mobility STIG compliance and architecture documentation DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Citizen Secret clearance WAGE INFORMATION Target salary range: $140,000 - $190,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements.
