Job Description:

\n

We are seeking an experienced Automation Architect to lead automation strategy, framework design, and proof-of-concept development for a large retail technology environment.

\n

This role requires deep expertise in test automation, strong retail domain knowledge, and experience validating AI-driven applications.

\n\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks and strategies.

\n

Develop and execute automation Proof of Concepts (POCs).

\n

Lead automation initiatives using Selenium and Playwright.

\n

Perform testing and validation for AI/AI-enabled applications.

\n

Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

\n

Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders.

\n

Provide technical leadership and guidance to automation teams.

\n\n

Required Skills

\n

Strong automation testing experience with Selenium and Playwright.

\n

Hands-on development experience using Java and TypeScript.

\n

Experience testing AI/AI-based applications.

\n

Proven experience creating and executing Automation POCs.

\n

Retail domain testing experience.

\n

Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

\n

Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

\n\n

Preferred Experience

\n

Experience with eCommerce platforms such as:

\n

SAP Hybris

\n

IBM WebSphere Commerce (WCS)

\n

Salesforce Commerce Cloud

\n

Demandware

\n\n
