HR Supervisor - 2nd Shift | Cumming, GA, United States | Hybrid

This employer is seeking a dedicated HR Supervisor to join their team on the second shift. The Role

  • Assist in the administration and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Support managers and supervisors with employee relations and disciplinary matters.
  • Manage recruitment efforts, including interviewing candidates for various job openings.
  • Conduct necessary training, employee investigations, and I-9 audits.
  • Provide assistance with unemployment claims, appeals, and hearings.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws.

What You'll Need

  • Bilingual conversational Spanish is required.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and employee relations, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws (e.g., Title VII, EEOC, ADAA, FMLA).
  • Strong technology skills and high attention to detail.
