Job Description

Title: • NOC Administrator (Night Shift) Location

  • Arlington, Virginia (Fully On-Site) Clearance Required:
  • TS/SCI Certification Required:
  • Sec+ or IAT II Equivalent Primary Responsibilities:
  • Network monitoring of connections and performance to ensure network availability for user access and services.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues in the network and complete actions to mitigate them.
  • Able to plan, coordinate and implement network maintenance, installation, and security to protect and improve network infrastructure.
  • Receive and review user requests to establish or resolve issues with user access to services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers or vendors
  • Configure, install, and maintain network devices and software

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Currently possess DoD 8570 certification at least IAT level II, e.g Security+ce.
  • BS in computer science or IT and 4+ years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Comfortable working 24×7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience monitoring network performance, security, and availability
  • Experience in configuring switches and routers.
  • Experience working with Dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
  • Ability to change and configure 802.1x
  • Prior experience troubleshooting S2S/IPSEC tunnels connection.
  • Experience conducting VLAN configurations • This position requires an active DoD Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI) or the ability to be obtain an (Interim Secret, Interim Top Secret)
