The Role

• Take on leadership responsibilities on our psychosomatic youth ward with the potential for full senior consultant management.
• Provide structured support and guidance for clinical processes and the comprehensive psychotherapeutic treatment of adolescents.
• Represent the chief physician in a senior consultant capacity and actively contribute to the ward's ongoing development.
• Offer supervision to child and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth.
• Ensure high-quality patient care through regular patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary case discussions.

What You'll Need

• Completion of specialist training or currently in the 4th year of training as an assistant doctor in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy with completed or advanced therapeutic training.
• A genuine passion for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team comprising physicians, psychologists, nurses, educators, and specialized therapists.
• A willingness to take on leadership responsibilities, with support and training provided for new leaders.
• Ability to perform on-call duties from home in collaboration with adult ward senior consultants.
