Role Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner.
• Strong hands-on experience with Twilio Voice, IVR, and Twilio Insights reporting.
• Experience with inbound and outbound Twilio solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Contact Center reporting and analytics.
• Hands-on SQL skills with the ability to handle complex database requirements.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear User Stories with well-defined Acceptance Criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, including experience working with demanding stakeholders.
• Product background with strong knowledge of Twilio Insights.
• Experience working with healthcare providers, payers, and/or healthcare operations.
• Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements.
