A healthcare services organization is looking to hire a DevOps Lead to help shape the infrastructure behind a live enterprise platform.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Lead the design, deployment, and operational support of a multi-environment AWS platform built on serverless architecture

  
  


• 
  

  Own infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and release automation to enable reliable and repeatable delivery

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with infrastructure, security, and technical teams to support deployments in controlled and regulated environments

  
  


• 
  

  Establish observability, incident response, on-call practices, and reliability standards as the team grows

  
  


• 
  

  Set guardrails and operational standards for secure infrastructure changes, including AI-assisted code changes

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering

  
  


• 
  

  Strong AWS expertise, including serverless and managed services in production environments

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with Terraform and CI/CD automation

  
  


• 
  

  Experience operating software in environments that require close collaboration with infrastructure and security stakeholders

  
  


• 
  

  Experience building, hiring, or growing an engineering team or technical practice

  
  

Desired Skills:

• 
  

  Experience with regulated environments, such as healthcare, pharma, or other compliance-focused industries

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST

  
  


• 
  

  Exposure to data platform tooling such as Glue, Athena, S3 data lake, or Snowflake

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with PR-driven Terraform workflows such as Atlantis

  
  


• 
  

  Exposure to SageMaker or other machine learning infrastructure

  Experience optimizing multi-environment infrastructure costs
