Job Description

We are currently seeking a .Net Tech Lead to join our team in Parsippany, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

A Lead Application Developer is first and foremost a software developer who specializes in .NET C# development. You'll be part of a team focused on delivering quality software for our clients.

Responsibilities

Once You Are Here, You Will:

• The Lead Application Developer provides leadership in full systems life cycle management (e.g., analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.) to ensure delivery is on time and within budget.
• Direct component and data architecture design, technology planning, and testing for Applications Development (AD) initiatives to meet business requirements and ensure compliance.
• Develops and leads AD project activities and integrations.
• Guides teams to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives, in addition to researching and supporting the integration of emerging technologies.
• Provides knowledge and support for applications' development, integration, and maintenance.
• Lead junior team members with project related activities and tasks.
• Guide and influence the department, project teams, and facilitate collaboration with stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years developing in .Net/.Net Core
• 5+ years of experience with microservices and SOLID Principles
• 3+ years of Rest API development
• 5+ years of experience integrating system using different messaging architecture.
• 5+ years of experience working with Databases and writing stored procedures
• 5+ year of unit and service testing with frameworks such as xunit, Nunit, etc.
• 3+ year of cloud platform experience either in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• 3+ year of experience as tech lead

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD tooling i.e. Jenkins, Azure DevOps etc.
• Experience with containerization technologies e.g. Docker, Kubernetes
• Google Cloud Platform experience

Compensation and Benefits

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($80-$90/hour). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered. Company benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, life, and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
