As we move beyond experimentation and into enterprise-wide adoption,we'relooking for an AI CapabilityLead to help ensure our people have the skills, confidence and support they need to thrive in an AI-enabled workplace.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how employees learn,adoptand apply AI in meaningful ways, influencing workforce capability, organisationaldesignand the future of work across Medibank.

You'llsit within our AI Hub and work across the business to:

• Define and evolve Medibank's AI capability framework and workforce readiness approach.
• Design role-based learning pathways that help employees and leaders build practical AI skills.
• Establish and grow an enterprise-wide AI practitioner community.
• Partner with workforce, learning,changeand business leaders to embed AI capability into broader organisational development initiatives.
• Help shape organisational structures, operating models and governance approaches that support AI adoption at scale.
• Use workforce insights and capability data toidentifyfuture skill requirements and capability gaps.
• Translate emerging AI trends into practical, human-centred learning experiences and development programs.

You bring a blend of organisational development, workforcetransformationand capability-buildingexpertise, alongside a genuine curiosity about how AI is changing the way we work.

You'llideally have experience in:

• Proven experience withlearning design, capability development, community building, organisationaldevelopmentor digital adoption.
• Demonstrated experience insupportingorganisation design and operating model evolution.
• Building communities of practice, professionalnetworksor large-scale capability programs.
• Developing capability frameworks, self-assessmentsand learning pathways.
• Influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders across business and technology.
• AI, emergingtechnologyor digital transformation initiatives(advantageous).

Most importantly,you'repassionate about helping people adapt,learnand succeed as technology transforms the workplace.
