Solution IT Inc. is looking for Secure M&A Divestiture Coordinator for one of its clients in Carrollton, TX / Conshohocken, PA

Job Title: Secure M&A Divestiture Coordinator

Required Skills:

• Serve as the central coordinator across Security, IT, PMO and other stakeholders for all divestiture-related activities.
• Build and maintain divestiture runbooks
• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans - tasks, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Track and report progress, risks, and blockers to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain resource tracking across workstreams - who is doing what and when.
• Facilitate status meetings and produce clear, concise status reports and dashboards.
• Ensure information security and compliance requirements are integrated throughout the separation process.
• Identify, escalate, and help resolve issues and dependencies across teams.
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve runbooks and processes for future transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management or coordination experience in IT, Information Security, or M&A contexts.
• Experience supporting divestitures, carve-outs, separations, or similar transactions preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project.
• Strong communicator - able to align diverse teams and report clearly to leadership.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Familiarity with information security concepts and compliance requirements.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, CISM, CISSP) are a plus.

Work Site: Carrollton, TX or Conshohocken, PA

Duration: 6 Months
