Property Partnerships Manager

Our client is seeking an ambitious Property Partnerships Manager to support the growth of their supported housing portfolio across England. This is a highly autonomous role, ideal for someone who enjoys developing new partnerships, engaging landlords, and securing property opportunities.
The Role
As a Property Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing suitable properties through proactive engagement with landlords and property owners. You'll build and manage your own pipeline, negotiate agreements, and play a key role in expanding the organisation's housing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and manage a pipeline of landlord and property acquisition opportunities
- Engage, qualify, and convert landlords across England
- Develop lasting relationships with landlords, agents, and property professionals
- Negotiate and secure lease and management agreements
- Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Work independently while collaborating with the wider team
- Attend occasional meetings at the Cheltenham office

Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, property, acquisitions, recruitment, or a similar relationship-driven role

- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Resilient, proactive, and target-driven approach
- Confidence in generating leads through outbound activity and networking
