The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues on electronic security systems at customer sites.
• Execute preventative maintenance and configuration changes on security systems.
• Document all system modifications and technical aspects of system deployment.
• Perform pre-deployment testing, installations, and upgrades of system modifications.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting low voltage electronic security equipment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
• Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Certifications in enterprise-grade CCTV and Access Control systems are a plus.
