Our client is looking Scrum Master, Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) below is the detailed requirements.

 

Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

Job Description:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 6 to 8 years in Agile environments with a minimum of 2 to 3 years as a Scrum Master.
  • Demonstrated experience guiding multiple, cross-functional Agile teams and scaled environments.
  • Strong proficiency with Scrum theory and Agile frameworks (Kanban, XP, etc.).
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, conflict-resolution, and coaching abilities.
  • Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally or Trello; proficient with transparency and reporting dashboards.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent; additional certifications (PMP, CSP, SAFe, ITIL) preferred.
