Job Description

AC EngineerLocation: London (Mobile with a van) - Three sites in South East and Central London Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Salary: Circa £50,000 Benefits: Company Bonus, plenty of overtime on offer, fully expensed company vehicleWorking with a team of engineers, the main focus of the AC Engineer will be to carry out service maintenance works on a key public sector contract consisting of three sites. The successful AC Engineer will provide a professional service to clients working on a varied selection of Air Conditioning systems.

Job Duties

Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
Provide Further works reports where required
Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management

The Person

Completed applicable apprenticeship and possess relevant AC and Refrigeration industry qualifications. Including up to date Safe Handling (2079)
Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment
A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry
Proven technical knowledge of a wide spectrum of Air Conditioning systems and plant including that of: VRF, VRVS, AHU's, Coldroom's and Specialist Refrigeration
Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, works and paperwork
Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective
Positive attitude “can do will do”.
Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site
