We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Tech Lead with extensive experience designing and developing enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, C#, Azure, AI Builder, and Microsoft Copilot Studio, along with strong leadership skills to drive end-to-end solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Build enterprise applications using Power Platform.
• Develop plugins, workflows, business rules, and custom integrations.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Azure Services, Logic Apps, REST APIs, and Web APIs.
• Implement AI Builder and Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions.
• Configure security roles, business units, and environment management.
• Lead Agile development teams throughout the SDLC.
• Perform deployments using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Support production releases, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
