Urgent Requirement: Project Manager III

Duration: 12 months

Location: Remote

Onsite, hybrid or remote: No WI residency required. Open to nationwide candidates. 90-100% remote but can require staff to come onsite as necessary with sufficient notice. Onsite work is not likely, but candidate should be prepared to come onsite if required.

Required Skills: Experience with any State or Federal in recent years

Application Development and Support project management all phases of the systems development life cycle supporting a large system (Health and Human Services, Insurance, Banking, etc.) (10+ years)

Experience with system modernization projects (3+ years)

Experience working with a business customer to document requirements, analysis and design deliverables (10+ years)

Excellent oral and written communication skills Nice to have skills:

Knowledge and experience with child support system certification

Experience executing and documenting the Test Deck for IV-D system Certification

Financial and Case Management Child Support Enforcement: Systems development and maintenance experience

Experience with an ALM tool (Azure DevOps, JIRA)
