Title: Technical Project Manager with Supply Chain & Logistics

Location: Remote with travel to Memphis TN Every other week

potentially looking outside for a technical project manager.  To be transparent, it hasn’t yet been decided if we can manage this internally or we will need to engage in a contractor. 

We are looking for candidate with strong client engagement skills, client interactions, workshops, and deliverables while leading a small team of 1 – 3 people.  The project is analytical and is centered around refunds for a logistics corporation.

The workstream will define the end-to-end customer journey and business requirements across the solutions lifecycle.

It will also develop requirements for a customer portal supporting refund submission, status tracking, and payment disbursement.

Our team partners with third-party vendors to oversee portal design, build, testing, and deployment. Internal operating plans, training materials, FAQs, website content, and customer communications will be developed to support Sales and Customer Experience teams.

The candidate will contribute to workshop materials and facilitate working sessions with client stakeholders. They will also provide clear, customer-facing communications across multiple channels and audiences. The role includes leading testing and validation of digital tools and customer portals developed by external vendors.

The role will serve as PMO for the workstream, tracking actions, coordinating follow-ups, and driving execution across stakeholders. Responsibilities may also involve will consolidate materials and insights for daily client working sessions and executive readouts. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, presentation, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to work across business, technology, and vendor teams. Success requires strong attention to detail, ownership, and a consistent focus on high-quality client outcomes. Growth opportunities include guiding a discrete workstream, leading content development, facilitating key client sessions, and coordinating integrated delivery across PMO, Data, and Technology teams.
