Supply Chain Systems Analyst II

On-site at Kohler's Bristol operations plant, the Supply Chain Systems Analyst II supports Kallista's supply chain systems, inventory controls, material master data, and performance analytics. The role improves inventory accuracy and material availability, supports planning and product lifecycle processes, and partners across functions on operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the facility cycle count program and support annual physical inventory planning, counting, reconciliation, and improvement actions.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions across receiving, production, storage, and shipping.
• Maintain inventory system integrity, transaction accuracy, user documentation, and governance for ZBIN, Kardex, SAP, and reporting tools.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analyses supporting inventory, material availability, customer service, and operational performance.
• Maintain SAP material master data and planning parameters, and coordinate supply chain data for product introductions, engineering changes, and product transitions.
• Support materials process improvement projects, MRP, replenishment, material flow, and creation of standard work and training materials.
