The Role

• Lead and manage a sales team within an assigned geographic area.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive all sales activities within the region.
• Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives to achieve performance goals.
• Contribute regional sales information to strategic plans and reviews.
• Achieve regional sales financial objectives by forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variances.
• Maintain and expand the customer base by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.

What You'll Need

• BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
• Successful track record in sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
• Demonstrated project and people management skills.
• Minimum 5+ years of sales or marketing management experience.
• At least 5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record in high sales quota attainment.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation software.
