Job description

Role: Remote Contract: ERP Key User / Supply Chain Systems Expert

Location

100% Remote (UK time zone friendly, no travel required)


Duration

6-month initial contract with potential extension up to 18 months


Hours

37.5 hours/week (flexible 9-5 schedule)

A global manufacturing organisation is looking for a Functional Expert to guide their packaging material planning team through a major system transition. You will act as the primary technical point of contact as 12 factories move to a new planning software.


What You Will Do
  • Act as the key user supporting around 35 users during the transition to the Kinaxis Maestro system.
  • Train both new and existing business users on standard processes and system functionalities.
  • Test new system features to prevent process failures and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage regional master data governance and support reporting on cost and waste reduction.
  • Help the material planning team with root cause analysis and daily technical problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with different factories across countries like Germany, France, and Lithuania.

What We Are Looking For
  • Hands-on experience with major ERP systems like Kinaxis Maestro, SAP, OMP, or Blue Yonder.
  • Background in material planning, packaging, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to set priorities effectively.
  • Good English communication skills for cross-regional collaboration.
  • Note: No coding knowledge or direct management experience is required for this role.
