Lloyd Recruitment Services is seeking an Inbound Sales Advisor to join a well-established organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, customer-focused individual with sales experience who enjoys speaking with customers and converting enquiries into appointments.

The Role:

• Handling inbound enquiries via telephone and email
• Converting enquiries into appointments
• Providing information and guidance to prospective customers
• Following up enquiries and maximising sales opportunities
• Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems
• Working towards agreed KPIs and targets
• Delivering an excellent customer experience

About You:

• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Target-driven and commercially focused
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable using IT and CRM systems
• Positive, personable and proactive

The Package:

• 27,000 salary DOE
• Bonus potential up to 300 per month
• Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm plus overtime paid at time and half
• 25 days' holiday
