We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for a Dual Study program in Tourism Management, offering a blend of academic learning and practical experience. This program is designed for those passionate about the travel industry, providing specialized knowledge and a direct path to a successful career.

The Role

Gain hands-on experience across various hotel operations as a versatile team member.
Serve as the primary point of contact for national and international guests.
Plan, organize, and execute promotional events and client-requested functions.
Support tourism marketing initiatives and destination management efforts.
Develop travel concepts and assist in establishing new hotel partnerships.

What You'll Need

(Fach-)Abitur, a qualified vocational qualification, or a state-certified technician/business administrator qualification.
German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
An analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and an interest in other cultures.
Demonstrated flexibility, teamwork, meticulousness, openness, and organizational talent.
Fluency in German, English, and ideally another foreign language.
