Job Description

Our production unit takes pride in offering top-tier luxury airline catering that is both elegant and sophisticated. We focus on providing exceptional quality, first-class service, and an exquisite range of menu options that are sure to impress.

  • Supervise and coordinate the Flight Checking team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Ensure 100% final quality and quantity checks on all flights before dispatch.
  • Verify meals match airline specifications, menu cards, and flight documentation.
  • Manage special meal requests, last-minute changes, aircraft swaps, and return catering.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies in labeling, documentation, or product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Hygiene, and Health & Safety standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with Production, Dispatch, and management, providing regular operational updates.
  • Support training, team development, and continuous improvement of processes and operational efficiency.
  • Experience in food production, catering, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
  • Strong numerical, checking, and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of Food Safety and Hygiene practices (Level 2 preferred or willingness to obtain).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight operational deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with multiple departments.
  • Ability to lead, motivate teams, and work independently while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work in chilled environment
