About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and people-focused HR Administrator to join our team in the Midlands.

You ll provide efficient administrative support across the employee lifecycle, working closely with the HR team and wider business to ensure people processes are organised, accurate and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
• Support onboarding and induction
• Prepare employment documentation and HR correspondence
• Assist with recruitment administration, interviews and pre-employment checks
• Maintain absence, holiday and employee records
• Support payroll administration with accurate information
• Assist with employee queries and HR requests
• Support performance, training and development administration
• Assist with HR policies and procedures
• Produce HR reports and maintain accurate records
• Handle confidential information professionally and in line with legislation

About You

You will be organised, approachable and confident working with people at all levels.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous HR administration or similar experience
• Good knowledge of HR processes and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to handle confidential information
• Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel
