We are looking for a creative, sales-driven
Social Media Expert
(all platforms) to help grow our brand, increase store traffic, and generate high-quality leads for our Rent-to-Own/Retail business. This role is about more than posting — it’s about driving dollars.

What You’ll Do

Create and execute a social media strategy that drives in-store traffic and online leads
Promote weekly specials, tax season campaigns, rebooking opportunities, and new inventory
Manage and optimize paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
Oversee Facebook Marketplace listings and local lead generation
Create engaging content (reels, short-form videos, promos, testimonials)
Track analytics and adjust campaigns to improve ROI
Support multiple locations with localized marketing efforts
What We’re Looking For:
Experience managing social media for retail or consumer-facing businesses
Strong understanding of paid ads and local targeting
Ability to create compelling offers and calls-to-action
Skilled in short-form video and promotional content
Data-driven mindset with a focus on lead conversion
Self-starter who understands urgency and revenue impact
