Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer with Security Clearance

**Active TS/SCI w/P olygraph REQUIRED** Please do not apply if you do not currently possess this level of clearance. ---------- Telework: None Basic Requirements: * 5 years of experience as a software engineer * Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline * 2 additional years of experience as a software engineer may be substituted for a degree Job Description: * The Software Engineer shall be responsible for implementing access contr ols and permission mechanisms for securing access to critical HPC system resources through robust permission management, ensuring compliance with the Agency's security policies and industry standards. Required Experience: * Experience using the Linux CLI * Proficiency in scripting (Bash/Python) to automate tasks and processes * Basic Linux systems administration including User and Group Management * Experience implementing Access Contr ols and permissions including RBAC and HBAC in a Linux environment * Experience developing software solutions using the Python programming languages * Familiar with IAM solutions such as KeyCloak, FreeIPA, SSSD, LDAP, Kerberos * Experience developing Ansible playbooks to orchestrate the automation of provisioning HPC hardware and software components * Experience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as GitLab CI and Jenkins * Experience with Git Source Contr ol System Desired Experience: * Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, PodMan, containerd * Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence) * Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies Salary: $205,000 - $215,000 annually ---------- Excellent benefits package including 25 days PTO, 11 paid holidays, 100% employer-paid healthcare for employees and dependents - available day 1, 8% 401(k) employer match - immediate vesting.
