The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily scheduling.
• Advise and support customers from order acceptance to vehicle return, ensuring a high level of service orientation.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and creation of incoming orders.
• Implement quality assurance measures, conduct inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as a master mechanic, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undertake the proficiency test for operations management or already hold the "Operations Manager (HWK)" certification.
• A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, valuing trust and mutual respect.
