Job Description
Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.
As a Project Consultant - PMO Analyst, you will
Support day-to-day PMO coordination across planning, reporting, governance, and action tracking for a complex program or portfolio
Track risks, actions, issues, and decisions and monitor ownership, due dates, status updates, and escalations
Coordinate weekly deliverables, dashboards, meeting materials, and status summaries for program leadership and stakeholders
Support onboarding coordination in a cleared environment while maintaining complete, accurate, and audit-ready PMO artifacts
Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
Ability to lead projects or workstreams
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Our Finance Operate offering provides ongoing operation of the Finance function as an extension of the Finance Transformation Advise and Implement offering portfolio. The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Bachelor's degree
~ 2+ years of PMO, project coordination, or project analyst experience supporting project or program delivery
~2+ years experience maintaining integrated master schedules, milestones, dependencies, and status tracking for projects or programs
~2+ years experience preparing recurring program reports, dashboards, meeting materials, and status summaries using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
~ Ability to work on-site in Chantilly, Virginia up to 5 days per week
Experience supporting financial systems integration programs
Experience with Microsoft Project
Experience supporting PMO governance routines, reporting cadences, and program controls
Experience supporting large transformation or implementation programs
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
