The Role

Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
Provide emergency breakdown support to members in need.
Perform tasks such as battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding.
Offer reassurance and exceptional service to members during stressful situations.
Work on demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week with optional overtime.

What You'll Need

Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
A strong customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.
A full UK driving licence.
To be a resourceful problem-solver and a proud representative of the brand.
