The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support to members in need. • Perform tasks such as battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding. • Offer reassurance and exceptional service to members during stressful situations. • Work on demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week with optional overtime. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure. • A full UK driving licence. • To be a resourceful problem-solver and a proud representative of the brand.
