Job Description

We are looking for Azure Data Support Engineer for our client in Pleasanton, CA

Job Title: Azure Data Support Engineer

Job Location: Pleasanton, CA

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer proficient in Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis Service, and .NET. The candidate should be willing to work in both support (weekdays and weekend support during PST hours) and development ecosystems involving production support shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Incident management - troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and execute resolution steps.
Build a comprehensive KEDB for recurring and unique incidents and guide the offshore team to build competency on incident management.
Work on minor enhancements development stories.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Work in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
