Senior IT ERP Analyst

Hunter Douglas seeks a Senior IT ERP Analyst to own our OTC (order-to-cash) processes within our manufacturing-focused ERP landscape. In this role, you'll partner with operations, finance, and sales to design, configure, and support OTC capabilities that power custom window treatments and smart-home solutions. You'll lead enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive process improvements that improve accuracy, speed, and customer experience across ordering, pricing, fulfillment, and invoicing in a quality- and innovation-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead OTC (order-to-cash) ERP configuration, testing, and support for manufacturing operations
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate OTC process needs into SAP/ERP solutions
• Analyze and optimize order management, pricing, invoicing, and credit processes
• Manage ERP enhancements, integrations, and change requests for OTC modules
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide Tier 2/3 application support
• Document functional designs, process flows, configurations, and test plans
• Train super users and end users on OTC functionality and best practices
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across OTC transactions
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and finance to drive continuous process improvement
• Support projects for smart-home and custom manufacturing initiatives involving ERP OTC
