The Role

• Organize and structure the daily routines within the clinic for patients and the team.
• Engage in co-therapeutic discussions, reinforcing concepts from individual or group therapies.
• Provide immediate support and intervention during acute situations.
• Lead therapeutic groups focused on areas like relaxation, mindfulness, social skills, and skill training.
• Offer therapeutic support during mealtimes for patients with eating disorders.
• Participate in a regulated shift system to ensure continuous care.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Erzieher (Educator) or Heilerziehungspfleger (Heilpädagoge).
• Ideally, experience in psychosomatics/psychiatry or residential care settings, though not strictly required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and passion for the work.
• A respectful, professional, and empathetic demeanor towards patients and their families.
• A curious mindset and a drive for professional development.
