Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient applications. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years into Full Stack Development
• 60% backend, 40% front end
• Java, Spring boot
• React, Typescript
• AI tools experience (GitHub, Copilot)
• Nice to have - Data Streaming tools - Kafka, GraphQL
• Any cloud works - AWS preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay Range: $70/hr. - $80/hr.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
