We are hiring for an impact-driven community organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. We provide flexible, creative, and trauma-informed support to disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners, collaborating with schools and local authorities to make a significant difference.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, or hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND/SEMH.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions for pupils from KS1-KS5.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Support local authorities and schools in raising the standard of education for young people with special educational needs.
• Engage with a diverse range of learners, reflecting their experiences within the organisation.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
