Build and optimize ultra-low-latency trading infrastructure, connecting global markets while delivering resilient, high-performance systems through expert C++, networking, distributed systems, and innovative technology solutions.
What You'll Do:
Join a high-performance technology team building modern research and trading infrastructure where speed, reliability, scalability, and engineering excellence are critical.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Architect, develop, and optimize low-latency trading systems and infrastructure.
- Build and maintain connectivity to global exchanges and liquidity venues.
- Develop order management systems covering order routing, risk controls, and real-time state management.
- Profile, benchmark, and tune systems for ultra-low latency and high throughput.
- Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers, systematic portfolio managers, traders, and technology specialists.
- Design highly available, resilient systems and participate in on-call support when required.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and engineering practices for greenfield platform development.
- Apply automated testing, CI/CD, and robust software engineering principles throughout the development lifecycle.

About You:
You are an accomplished C++ engineer with expert knowledge of modern C++ standards and proven experience developing production-grade, low-latency, high-throughput systems. You bring strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, Linux, networking, and performance optimization.
You are comfortable working with TCP/UDP, multicast, profiling tools, Python or other modern languages, and automated testing. Experience with systematic or algorithmic trading is highly valued, alongside knowledge of FPGA, kernel bypass, RDMA, cloud-native platforms, Docker, or Kubernetes.
