The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics for breakdowns. • Provide emergency breakdown support, including battery and tyre replacements. • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need. • Act as a proud ambassador for the company, maintaining a customer-focused approach. • Tackle a variety of automotive challenges daily, requiring quick thinking and adaptability. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A full UK driving licence. • A strong customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure. • Problem-solving skills and the confidence to make independent decisions.
