Registered Nurse Manager Cath Lab

• Schedule: Days | Full-time

• Directs daily clinical, operational, and financial functions for the Cardiac Cath Lab, ensuring optimal staffing, budget adherence, and regulatory compliance.
• Leads, mentors, and evaluates interdisciplinary team members to drive high clinical standards, patient safety, and staff retention.
• Partners with interventional cardiologists and hospital leadership to optimize lab throughput, integrate new technologies, and maintain emergency STEMI response readiness.
• Oversees department quality assurance initiatives, leading root-cause analyses, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring strict adherence to national cardiac care guidelines.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
