The Role • Install, configure, and commission security and fire alarm systems from leading manufacturers (Heckatron, Esser, Tyco, Honeywell). • Install and configure voice alarm systems from RCS and Honeywell. • Ensure the ongoing operation, adaptation, and expansion of these systems in a field service capacity. • Prepare measurements and maintain construction logs. • Report directly to the Project/Construction Manager. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as an IT System Electronics Technician, Electrician, Information Electronics Technician, Telecommunications/Information Technician, or a related technical/craft trade. • Ideally, prior professional experience with IT/communication technology systems and facilities. • Flexibility, teamwork, reliability, and independence. • Strong communication and customer service skills.
