This is a hands-on role where you'll be cross-trained across the entire plant lifecycle, from clone to harvest, building real, transferable skills in one of the most exciting industries out there.

What You'll DoPerform daily plant care - cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, and pruningTrack humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditionsInspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease, removing any that don't meet standardsAssist with harvest - cutting, trimming, removing flowering tops, weighing product, and recording inventory electronicallySupport the curing process - hanging and dry-racking flower, monitoring climate, labeling, weighing, and entering inventory dataOperate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems, keeping all cultivation areas clean and stockedPitch in during high-demand periods to help prepare and package products, including premium extraction itemsFollow state regulations and security procedures for plant labeling and inventory entryWhat You'll BringA natural green thumb and genuine passion for working with plants - professional or home-garden experience both countComfort in a fast-paced, team-based environmentSharp attention to detail and consistency in every taskStrong documentation, inventory, and organizational skills to stay on top of a tight scheduleSolid math and measurement skills, with confidence operating a scaleHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalentMust be 21 years of age or olderAbility to obtain a Cannabis Agent CardAbility to pass a background checkBonus Points If You HaveKnowledge of growing technologies like lighting, irrigation, soil, and nutrients, or hands-on experience in landscaping, horticulture, or agricultureUnderstanding of different cannabis strains and their unique growing needsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift)Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly, with occasional heavier lifts assistedFrequent, repetitive use of hands and wristsRepetitive bending, squatting, and reachingAbility to climb ladders or step stools as neededComfortable wearing required PPE (masks, hairnets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, Tyvek suits as necessary)Work EnvironmentExposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and strong plant odorsExposure to soil, water, fertilizer, dust, pollen, and plant pathogensExposure to cleaning solvents such as isopropyl alcoholExposure to loud equipment noise (compressors, packaging machinery, alarms)Exposure to CO2 manufacturing processes within OSHA-approved level
