Role: Java Architect with Wealth Management 

Location: Jersey City, NJ (5 days onsite)

JD:

• We are seeking a highly capable Senior Java Full Stack Product Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud technologies.
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in providing Product Management & Transformation Leadership support, with product, domain, and technology expertise.
• 12+ years of experience across product management, product ownership, or techno-functional leadership within Wealth Management, Retirement, or Financial Services.
• Demonstrated experience owning or materially shaping product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, requirements, and delivery for complex financial products.
• Ability to translate business strategy into customer journeys, capabilities, epics/features, functional requirements, and technology roadmaps.
• Experience partnering with senior Product, Business, Operations, Architecture, and Engineering leaders and serving as the primary connective layer across those groups.
• Strong understanding of the retirement participant and advisor experience, including enrollment, contributions, investments, rollovers, distributions, beneficiary management and servicing.
• Experience defining business outcomes and KPIs, not simply delivering technology requirements.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, regulatory requirements, and modernization initiatives across a multi-year transformation roadmap.
• Strong executive communication skills; comfortable representing the program with senior JPMC stakeholders and driving decisions across business and technology teams.
• AIPDLC / AI-Accelerated Delivery: Experience applying AI across the product development lifecycle to compress time from business requirement to production, improve product and engineering productivity, and accelerate delivery across design, build, test, and release.
• Java, Spring Boot, REST API, Microservices
• AWS services: (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, SQS/SNS)
• AWS security, IAM policies, networking, and cost-optimization strategies
• NoSQL databases (such as Amazon DynamoDB or MongoDB)
• Domain Exp - retirement products (401(k), 403(b), Pensions, IRAs, and Recordkeeping Services)
