Job Title: Change Management Consultant

Duration: 6 month contract
Preferred Locations: Binghamton, NY or Augusta, ME
Work Location: Primarily Remote, Travel: Up to 25% as needed

Role Overview: Client is seeking a Business Readiness & Change Management Consultant to support business readiness, jurisdictional leadership, and change management initiatives.
The contractor will primarily work remotely, with a preference for candidates located in Binghamton, NY, or Augusta, ME, near the client locations. Travel of up to 25% may be required based on business needs.

Primary Skill: Change Management

Role description: Translates and interprets technical, functional, process, and procedural related information into tactical end user focused information. Develops and carries out the internal communications and stakeholder engagement plan for the assigned operating companies. Creates audience-specific messages, awareness campaigns, leadership talking points, newsletters, FAQs and engagement events that build understanding of, and support. Supports the Change Network by preparing materials and gathering feedback. Tracks communication effectiveness and sentiment so that messaging can be adjusted as the program moves through each phase.

• Strong storyteller and content creator across formats (email, intranet, video, presentations)

• Uses data to measure reach, engagement and sentiment, and adjusts based on results
