The Role

• Build and maintain rapport by delivering excellent customer service via phone and email in a call center environment.
• Own and manage an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
• Determine reasons for overdue payments and work with customers to resolve them, maintaining low portfolio aging.
• Collaborate effectively with a team to minimize outstanding debt and achieve department goals.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment while adhering to established procedures.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are beneficial.
