About the Role: We’re seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Occupational Health team in Pittsboro, IN.\n\nCompensation & Benefits:\n\n\n Base Salary + Quarterly Bonuses\n Total compensation ranges from $78,000 to $105,000 depending on performance\n Average quarterly bonus = 20% of quarterly earnings, with potential to earn up to 40%\n Stock options\n Profit sharing\n Tuition reimbursement\n Travel reimbursement\n Comprehensive health and wellness benefits\n\n\n📍 Location: Pittsboro, IN\n\nType: Permanent / Salaried\n\nSchedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM\n\n On-call required for after-hours injury management\n\n\nTotal Annual Compensation: $78,000 – $105,000 (includes base salary + quarterly bonuses)\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n\n Treat onsite injuries and coordinate referrals as needed\n Manage injury cases and support return-to-work plans\n Conduct medical surveillance (audiograms, spirometry, vision, lead testing)\n Administer drug/alcohol testing per company policy\n Participate in ergonomic and job hazard assessments\n Lead First Aid, CPR/AED, and OSHA-required health trainings\n Support Workers’ Comp and FMLA processes\n Maintain HIPAA-compliant records\n Oversee clinic operations, including supplies and budget\n Drive employee wellness initiatives to improve health outcomes\n Partner with Safety Coordinators to reduce workplace risks\n\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n\n Active RN license in good standing\n Active BLS certification (must include hands-on course, e.g., American Red Cross)\n At least 2 years of RN experience in one or more of the following areas: Occupational Health, Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Emergency Room (ER/ED), or Intensive Care Unit (ICU).\n
