Job description

Optus is seeking a Technical Specialist to lead operational delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Managed Network Services for Enterprise clients. You will own Aruba SD-WAN, LAN and WLAN environments and drive incident resolution in line with ITIL practices.

You will provide technical leadership, coordinate with internal teams and customers, manage changes, and contribute to automation and knowledge sharing while maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.
